Customer Support makeover
Managed design for eBay Customer Support effort. Ebay's customer support, at that time was starting a herculean task of consolidating 150+ homegrown customer support tools into one called 'Agent Desktop'. The main responsibility was to build an effective working relationship with product management and also lead a cross functional user experience team to help make Agent Desktop a success.
